Free-range thinking – leaving the chicken coop (February 2020)

The ability to step outside the range of 'normal' thinking and embrace the unknown is important in the role of peacebuilder, says the author. Staying safely inside the chicken coop is not conducive to free-thinking or assimilating knowledge of our surroundings – we need to be more 'free-range' in our thinking.
